The nose is unmistakably Napa Valley: lots of red cherries, sage, eucalyptus, black peeper, the mouth…ahhhh the French takes over with great acidity that lightens the wine and carries on the flavors for a very long finish.  Just so much fun to make and even more fun to drink!
