This wine is so aromatic & complex. Ripe cherries and blackberries are framed by fresh vanilla bean, cinnamon spice, sweet tobacco, cedar, new car leather and camphor notes. Aromatically this wine is like a big hug!

On the attack VGS South Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and ripe with loads of black cherries, blackberries, & cassis sprinkled on top with warm baking spices! The tannins are present, but not too firm. In the mid-palate more earth driven savory flavors appear like sage, chaparral, tobacco, leather and toasty oak. The finish is harmonious and seductive with almost floral notes of dried rose petals, thyme and violets.
